Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Domestic Shipping (Ireland) We offer Standard Tracked Delivery across Ireland. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide, including the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and across Europe. International orders are shipped via Standard Tracked Delivery and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Delays While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or courier issues beyond our control.
